What is KadiCORE Level 1?

  •  It is my 4 weeks home abs program where I teach you dozens of different abdominal exercises from the basics to more advanced level. For Women and Men! Each workout comes with a video plus a PDF. The level increases each week. I demonstrate each exercise in details,  and I do every workouts with you. Rather your goal is to get a stronger core or have better looking abs, this program will be helpful for you.   • This program can to be done anywhere (home, gym or outdoor). All you need are some dumbbells ( preferably 3 lbs and 5 lbs for women , 5 lbs and up for men) if you don't have dumbbells at home you can use gallon of water. Sliders, if you don't have sliders you can use small towels. Very simple!
  • The program is $35  (1 time paymemt), and you will have access to it until the 01/01/2020

Christopher Kadima  is a  fitness personal trainer and former professional basketball player from France based in Los Angeles. After a foot injury he decided to end his basketball career and utilize his professional athletic experience to become a fitness trainer.  Certified through the National Academy of Sport and Medicine (NASM) and American Council on Exercise (ACE) Christopher has focused his career on helping his clients reaching their personal fitness goals ranging from strength and conditioning to weight loss.  With a background in basketball, boxing and karate, Christopher enjoys to incorporate these different sport's techniques in his workouts to challenge his clients in innovative ways.
